We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to work on advanced Machine Learning, MLOps, NLP and LLM applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and optimize predictive ML models.
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis and feature engineering.
- Deploy, monitor and maintain production-grade ML models.
- Work with Databricks, MLflow and Unity Catalog.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML model versioning and retraining.
- Work with BERT-family models and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Develop NLP solutions including classification, NER and information extraction.
- Build vector similarity search and embedding-based retrieval pipelines.
- Work with LLM integration, RAG and prompt engineering.
- Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and domain teams.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics or a related field.
Experience:
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning, including production ML deployment.

Important
This position requires hands-on Machine Learning modelling and production deployment experience. Candidates with only SQL/BI experience or notebook-only ML experience may not be suitable.
